Privacy Policy

When you request a quote, place an order, apply for a trade account, enter a giveaway or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, shipping address and the pieces and fabrics you are interested in.

When you browse the site or scan one of our QR codes, we record which pages you view, the device and browser you use and the code you scanned. We use a cookie to keep your selections and to remember which showroom or representative referred you.

We use your information to answer your requests, prepare quotes, process and ship orders, send you updates about your order, run our trade program and improve the site. We do not sell your information.

We share information only with the services that help us run the business: Stripe for card payments, QuickBooks for invoices, Resend for email, Vercel and Neon for hosting and data storage, and the Heritage representative who works with your account. Each of them uses it only to provide their service to us.

We use an app connected to the Heritage High Point Facebook Page and Instagram account to publish our own posts and to read, reply to and like comments people leave on those posts. We do not collect information from your Facebook or Instagram account beyond what you post publicly on our pages, and we do not store it outside of Facebook and Instagram.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@heritagehighpoint.com with the name and email address you used. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax or accounting, such as completed orders, are kept only as long as the law requires.

To remove our app's access to anything from Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Apps and websites, in your Facebook account and remove HeritageHighPoint.
